My Home Town

This zine project is based on my hometown, Guangzhou. I incorporate local historic architecture and antique artifacts found in museums into the imagery, along with the region’s well-known lion dance culture. These elements are brought together within a single neighborhood scene, depicting the landscapes and cultural details that have long surrounded me. I also reinterpreted and redesigned three historical artifacts in my own visual style. This final illustration was later included in a group zine project.
